We want Zootool to be a great place for you to bookmark stuff and get inspiration from other users. Please help us keep Zootool clean by following these simple rules:
We don't think it's necessary to say, but adult, offensive, illegal, racist or other inappropriate content is not permitted.
Following other users is a great way to discover new and exciting stuff. Following hundreds or even thousands of users is plain stupid and we suppose you are a nasty spambot if you do. So please move on to Twitter if you like to mass-follow other people.
If you are a talented illustrator, designer, musician or whatever, don't hesitate to bookmark some of your work to show it to others. But blatant self-promotion like bookmarking dozens of products from your online shop is not wanted.
Abusing Zootool for Search Engine Marketing (building link lists, etc.) is discouraged. There are already enough places where you SEO guys can haunt the web.
It's not a rule, more a hint, but do yourself a favor and give your bookmarks detailed titles, descriptions and tags. It will improve your collection a lot and make it easier for you to find stuff again later.
Please be aware that we may ban accounts, which don't stick to these guidelines at any time.
