Zootool is a visual bookmark application, which makes it easy to bookmark images, videos, documents and links from all over the web.

We don't have a built-in way to do this, but you can email us at zoopport@gmail.com and we will do that for you as soon as possible.

Same thing as with usernames – just send us an email at zoopport@gmail.com and we will take care of that.

Zootool is a bookmark tool and not a file-sharing app. We decided to keep our focus on bookmarking, so the answer is: you can't.

Uploading your files with tools like Dropbox, Cloudapp, Flickr or Droplr works a treat though, and you can easily bookmark them with the Lasso afterwards, to add them to your Zoo.

The team behind Zootool is tiny. It's basically just Habu, Nicolas and me (Bastian). Habu's doing all the crazy stuff, nobody wants to do – like taxes. Nicolas is developing the iPhone app and I'm here for the design of Zootool and the development of the web app, answering support requests, twittering, etc.

To be honest, supporting Internet Explorer is a pain in the ass and we can't afford the extra-work involved at the moment. Focusing on modern browsers, like Chrome, Firefox, Opera or Safari helps us to move forward more quickly. Internet Explorer 9 is a good browser though, and we might support that at a later point – no promises.

We are doing our best to generate automatic screenshots for bookmarked pages, but we can't guarantee to provide them for all of your entries – especially when you've imported them. We are working on solutions to improve that.

Go to "Settings" › "General" and click on "Please delete my account". You will need to enter your password afterwards to confirm this step.

It always hurts when users decide to close their account and we appreciate it a lot if you give us feedback why you made that decision, so we can improve.
