Dell started the serie in 1943 with Keyhole on the Front, the spine and on the back. ontill 1949 (about Dell nr. 331) the keyhole on the mapback was dropped. in 1950 (about Dell 428) the keyhole on the spine disappeared. In 1952 (about Dell 608) they dropped the Keyholes entirely including the lovely mapbacks. They used different keyhole for different genres. UK
